Julie Han

Julie is a partner and a member of McMillan LLP's Financial Services Group. Her practice focuses on representing borrowers and lenders on all types of syndicated and complex bilateral financing transactions involving commercial debt financing, acquisition financing, secured lending and project financing.

In addition, Julie has extensive experience in advising both private sector partners and finance parties on PPP projects.










Cindy Yi

Cindy is an Associate in the Municipal, Land Use Planning, and Development Law practice group at Loopstra Nixon LLP, where she also completed her articles. She has appeared before the Ontario Municipal Board and has been involved in numerous planning matters, including appeals relating to issues such as official plans, rezoning, severances, subdivisions and minor variances. She also advises clients with respect to heritage matters, environmental matters, expropriation, freedom of information and privacy, and municipal by-law enforcement and compliance. She studied at the University of Toronto during undergrad for Political Science, as well as for law school thereafter. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting, watching the Jays, and trying new wineries.








Vincent Wong Vincent Wong is a Staff Lawyer at the Metro Toronto Chinese & Southeast Asian Legal Clinic, which provides legal services to low-income, non-English speaking Chinese & Southeast Asian communities. He is also a Steering Committee member of the Colour of Poverty Campaign and a Director of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers. Vincent focuses his work social justice, racial equity, and poverty alleviation. He has testified before numerous international, federal, and provincial committees on issues such as the racialization of poverty and immigration and citizenship reform. He received his Juris Doctor and Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Toronto.








David Tsai

David Tsai is a Partner in the Toronto office of Miller Thomson. David acts exclusively for employers in the area of labour relations and employment law. David advises clients on a wide range of labour relations and employment-related matters, including discipline and discharge, employment standards, occupational health and safety, collective bargaining, human rights and wrongful dismissal. David is a member of Miller Thomson’s Student Recruitment Committee. David previously summered, articled and practised labour relations and employment law in the Toronto office of an international law firm, where he also served as the firm’s Student Programs and Recruitment Director. David has an undergraduate degree from McMaster University in Arts & Science and Biochemistry, and he obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto.



Linda Tu

Linda Tu is an associate in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Linda practices in the Securities and Capital Markets Group in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and investment funds. Linda regularly acts for public and private companies, underwriters and investment dealers in connection with general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offering transactions, specialized royalty and streaming transactions, disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters. Linda holds a B.Com from the University of Toronto and J.D. from Queen’s University.
